In Mumbai the constraint is space, and the discipline is making every square foot earn its place. We design apartment interiors, home renovations, and workplaces where storage, daylight, and circulation are solved properly rather than decorated over.
A Mumbai brief usually starts from a fixed shell: a carpet area that will not grow, one or two usable window walls, a kitchen and bath position that is expensive to move, and a society with rules about what can happen when. Good city design works inside those limits instead of wishing them away.
We spend most of the early effort on planning — where the wall actually needs to be, what gets stored and where, how two people pass each other in the kitchen, whether a bedroom can borrow light from a living room without losing privacy. Finishes come after that, not before.
The Atal Setu and the ferry have made the Mumbai–Raigad axis genuinely workable, so plenty of our clients run two projects with us at once: a city flat and a coastal house. Having the same studio on both keeps the two from feeling like unrelated homes.

Landscape in Mumbai means terraces, decks, podium levels, society open spaces, and balconies that currently hold an AC unit and nothing else. We treat these as real rooms — with drainage, weight, wind, planting that survives a west-facing summer, and lighting worked out rather than assumed.
