When you use our contact form, we collect the details you submit:
- Name

- Phone number
- Message / project enquiry text
These fields are stored in our secure database so we can respond to your enquiry. We also use a hidden honeypot field and a CSRF token to reduce spam and forged submissions; those technical fields are not used as personal marketing data.
How we use your information
We use contact form submissions solely to:
- Reply to project enquiries and schedule conversations
- Understand your brief enough to advise on next steps
- Keep an internal record of correspondence related to potential or active work
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-9NP4X323MJ) to understand aggregate site traffic and page performance. Analytics may collect device, browser, and usage information via cookies or similar technologies as configured by Google. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept as long as reasonably needed to manage client conversations and business records, then deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
